What actions would you take if a client expressed dissatisfaction with a
treatment?

Which'legislation relates to client confidentiality? How is this implemented in your workplace?

Retail sales are important to support the salon treatment.
Describe a product that you have recently sold and how you
achieved the sale, discussing the selling techniques used.

Customers have rights! When selling products and services, which Acts do you
need to be aware of that affect the customer's legal rights?

As a service industry you must monitor your performance against an expected
standard of service. Feedback from clients is important to evaluate performance.
What methods can be used to gather client feedback and how may this information be
used to improve service?
